# Sync Identity Intelligence to Your CRM with Connect

> Authmatech Connect pushes verification activity and identity profiles into the CRM and business tools your teams already use — configured and managed in the Authmatech dashboard.

Identity intelligence is most valuable where your teams already work. **Authmatech Connect** pushes customer identity events, verification activity, and identity profiles into the CRM and business systems your marketing, support, fraud, and operations teams already use — so everyone sees the same customer, without leaving their tools.

  Connect is a **dashboard feature**, not a developer API. Customer profiles are built **automatically as a side effect of every verification**; you configure where they sync, run imports, and trigger enrichment from the [Authmatech dashboard](https://dashboard.authmatech.com). There are no endpoints to integrate.

## What Connect does

* **Builds profiles automatically** — each verification updates a privacy-first profile of the customer's verification activity (masked identity, outcome history, operator/country). The raw number is never stored in the clear.
* **Syncs to your systems** — verification and journey events flow out to your CRM, CDP, or webhook destination on an ongoing basis. The sync is included at no extra cost.
* **Enriches on demand** — when you need more detail on a specific profile, an enrichment action adds extra mobile-network intelligence. Enrichment is a paid, per-use action.

## How you manage it

Everything is configured in the dashboard:

* **Integrations** — point Connect at your CRM/webhook destination and map Authmatech fields to your fields.
* **Imports** — bring your existing customer records in (CSV/XLSX) so Authmatech can match and enrich them.
* **Profiles & enrichment** — review synced profiles and enrich the ones you need.
